Minia CORZO PEREZ
In 2006 I earned my LLB in law from Salamanca University, Spain as well as an International and European Legal Studies Certificate from Antwepen University, Belgium. A year later, I earned an LL.M in International Law Practice from Barcelona University & Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE). Within the scope of the Master, I interned at BAKER & MCKENZIE BARCELONA, earning experinces from all their departments.
I then moved to London for a year, where I worked as a paralegal at CLYDE & CO and wrote my thesis titled “Shall Europe be afraid of Class Actions?” a work that was awarded as outstanding.
In 2008 I moved to New York and work as a foreign lawyer at CLIFFORD CHANCE US in their ADR department, for a year period.
Upon my return to Spain, in 2009, I joined firm as in-house lawyer for 4 years, then my path led me back to work as a trial attorney at Aeroiuris, a niche law firm specialized in aeronautics law. During a year and a half I was in charge of Ryanair’s account, being responsible of the cases filed from their arrival until billing.
In October of 2013, after gaining relevant experience, I started my own firm CORZO & DE PABLOS ABOGADOS, specializing in what I do best, aeronautics claims. Since then, I became a speaker in several Bar Associations in Spain.
Aside from exercising law, I have been teaching legal English at the COLEGIO NOTARIAL DE MADRID, since 2011 onward.
On top of Spanish, (my mother tongue) I am fluent in English and French, as I lived for 4 years in English speaking countries and 2 years in Paris, obtaining the Certificate of legal French with honors by the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie in Paris.
Pablo Rubén MARTIN DE PABLOS
In 1991 I earned my LLB in law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Past this stage, the next two years led me to study to be a civil servant, a labor inspector at the CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS FINANCIEROS.
I then received my Master degree in Management for Small and Medium Companies SME’s in 1994, from the Madrid Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as my LLM in Law Practice at the Universidad Complutense obtained that same year.
I then dedicated my career to practice law at DE PABLOS ABOGADOS; a family law firm initiated in the 1970’s practicing general law activities, beccoming also a public defender specialized in penal and administrative law.
In 1996, I joint SEPIN, a publishing house specialized in law, acting as its Sub-director. Among others tasks, I developed business plans and strategies, as I became the lead in charge of the institutional relationships with the Bar and other associations, I was able to build strong ties and relationships with several key personalities in the legal scope.
Also from 1994 onward, I am a contract attorney for the “Carmen and María José Godó Foundation” taking care of the Foundation’s legal matters. Parts of my activities are focused around supervising and managing the foundation's assets, including, proper renting of 450 apartments in Madrid and Barcelona, buy and sales of real estate assets, condominium, paper work with the city hall etc.
In October 2013, my journey led me to become a partner at CORZO & DE PABLOS ABOGADOS.
